Warehouse Costs
Enter each month's 3PL / warehouse invoice. Cost per unit is blended across the full year, not a single month.
A single month's invoice ÷ that month's units sold gets distorted by timing — a big container arrival drives up one month's invoice long before those units are sold. So instead, Warehouse Cost/Unit is calculated per calendar year: total invoices for the year ÷ total units sold that year (auto-summed from SKU Economics). That one rate is applied to every SKU sold anywhere in that year.
