Catalog
The master list of products. Every other tab references SKUs from here.
Bulk Import — All Sheets at Once
Fill in the Catalog, Manufacturing Costs, and Logistics & Freight sheets in one file, then upload it once here — all three screens get populated in a single action. Add an optional "Catalog EU" sheet (same columns) for products with a different EU listing/ASIN — Manufacturing Costs and Logistics stay shared across all markets either way.
Bulk Import — Catalog Sheet Only
Use this instead if you only want to update the Catalog sheet on its own, without touching Manufacturing or Logistics.

Manufacturing Costs
Ex-factory cost per unit, by SKU. This feeds directly into Landed Cost (Part 1).
Bulk Import
Download the shared template (same file as Catalog and Logistics), fill in the "Manufacturing Costs" sheet, then upload it here.

Logistics & Freight
Master carton size, weight, and units per carton — CBM feeds Freight Cost/Unit, which now comes from real shipment data on the Shipment Costs page.
Bulk Import
Download the shared template, fill in the "Logistics & Freight" sheet, then upload it here.

Shipment Costs
Real per-shipment freight rates, cross-referenced with actual quantities — one weighted average Freight Cost/Unit per SKU for the year, replacing the flat "Avg Price per CBM" estimate wherever real shipment data exists.
Upload Shipment Cost File
Upload the shipment file — either the classic 2-sheet format, or the multi-brand format (a "{Brand}" sheet paired with a "{Brand} Shipment content" sheet, for each brand). Re-uploading replaces shipment data only for the Market (and, for EU, Country) currently selected in the sidebar — set that first. For EU, upload one country at a time (Germany, Italy, France, Spain separately).

Warehouse Costs
Real invoice total, normalized by carton size — items packed 1-per-box carry more of the handling cost per unit than items packed 10 or 20-per-box. Set the Market (and, for EU, Country) in the sidebar first — invoices you add or upload here are tagged to whichever one is currently selected. For EU, enter invoice amounts in EUR — they're automatically converted to USD using the live rate shown in the sidebar before being combined with Manufacturing/Freight costs.
Brand Exclusions
Check any brand that never touches this 3PL warehouse (e.g. ships direct to Amazon) — its items will show no Warehouse Cost at all, and won't count toward the shared Cost per Carton calculation for other brands.
Bulk Upload Invoices
Upload one or more invoice PDFs directly — the system reads the invoice date and total due automatically, matches or creates the right month row, and attaches the file. If a file can't be read automatically, it's flagged so you can enter that one manually.
Per-SKU Warehouse Cost
Total Warehouse Invoices ÷ Total "cartons handled" (units shipped to the 3PL warehouse ÷ units per carton, per SKU) = Cost per Carton. Each SKU's rate = Cost per Carton ÷ that SKU's own units per carton.

Monthly Invoices
| Month | Total Invoice Amount (USD) | Invoice File |
|---|
SKU Economics (Monthly)
Enter figures from Amazon's SKU Economics report — one row per SKU, per month.
EU Breakdown by Country
Raw SKU Economics totals for each country separately, plus the combined total — check this against what you know is real for each market.
Upload Amazon Report(s)
Upload the SKU Economics report exactly as exported from Seller Central (.csv or .xlsx) — no template needed. Select multiple files at once (e.g. one per month) to import them all in a single action. Rows are matched to your Catalog by ASIN, and rows with zero activity that month are skipped automatically.
Upload Advertising Report (overwrites Ad Spend)
Upload the DSP-style advertising report (all campaign types, all markets, all months in one file) — this typically captures more ad types (headline, video) than Amazon's SKU Economics report. Spend is summed by ASIN + Month + Market and overwrites Ad Spend for exactly those combinations only; anything not in this file is left untouched. TACOS % recalculates automatically.

Profitability Summary
Net Profit = Net Proceeds (from Amazon) − COGS (Manufacturing + Freight) − Warehouse cost/unit.
EU Breakdown by Country
Each country shown separately, plus the combined total your "All EU" view uses — a direct way to check the totals line up.

Uploaded Files
Every original file you've uploaded, archived exactly as received. Download, re-parse, or delete as needed. Catalog/Manufacturing/Logistics files are shared across markets and always shown; Shipment Costs and SKU Economics files are market-specific.
Beta: Simple Tool
An experimental, simplified alternate approach — one combined cost template, one yearly SKU Economics upload, multi-client. Uses the same database as the main tool but entirely separate tables — nothing here affects Yankee's data above.
1. Download the Template
If this client already has products set up, this downloads with current data pre-filled so you can just update it.
2. Upload the Completed Template
Current Products (0)
| SKU | ASIN | Parent ASIN | Product Name | Family | Mfg Cost/Unit | Shipping Cost/Unit | Carton L×W×H (cm) | Weight (kg) | Units/Carton | CBM/Unit |
|---|
Monthly Warehouse Costs
Enter the total warehouse/3PL invoice amount for each month directly — no file upload needed. This gets blended into a single $/unit rate spread across all units sold, since warehouse costs aren't tracked per SKU.
| Month | Total Cost |
|---|
Upload Amazon's SKU Economics report for the full year — exactly as exported from Seller Central. Re-uploading replaces all existing data for this client.
Uploaded Data (0 SKUs)
Every Cost Template and SKU Economics file uploaded for this client, kept here for reference. Deleting a file here removes it from this library only — it does not undo the data it already imported.
